Selk'bag Warranty


We warrant every Selk Bag for a period of 12 months to be free of manufacturer defects. The Selk Bag must have been purchased via Selk'bag Australia's Authorised Retail Network (this includes online authorised stores).

Should you have a warranty issue, return the item to us, customer is responsible for return freight. We will repair it if possible or replace all valid warranty items.

Selk'bag will send out the repaired/replaced Selk'bag at our cost.

Australian Law states that products accepted for review must be clean.

Please clean your Selk'bag before returning it to us or cleaning charges must be assessed before a review can be made.

Selk'bags should be sent via a trackable service such as Australia Post Registered Mail. Selk'bag Australia cannot take responsibility for items that are lost in transit.

Normal wear and tear, modifications, alterations, negligence, damage and use for a purpose other than for which it was designed, are not covered by the Selk'bag Australia Warranty.

This Warranty Statement does not effect your Statutory Rights.


1. Call 03 9 558 9606 and obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RA Number), provide the retailer name and date of purchase (we must have a copy of your receipt).

3. Ensure you have enclosed a copy of your receipt and also a return address so we can send out your item. Please also ensure the RA number is clearly marked on the box.

4. Items sent to Selk'bag Australia without an RA number will not be accepted.
